You have successfully applied the "Barter Market" profile for Tiki.
You also need to approve the pending plugin validation:

1. Go to tiki-plugins.php in your site, and
2. click to Approve all pending plugins.

Then you can have a look at the features shown working in this profile:

1. the "Items list" tracker item field, to get a tracker Offers list all items of the same user from the related tracker Wants, and viceversa.
2. the TableSorter jquery plugin to filter in realtime a list of items from a tracker. See the list of wants

You can go to the list of trackers you nowadays have to play with them, and with the corresponding pages that you have linked from the new menu created in the side column.
